What can clients expect from their first session with me?

Our first session is a space for you to simply arrive as you are! There is no need to have everything figured out. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope might change or feel different. I will ask thoughtful questions, but there is no pressure to share more than what feels comfortable. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and understood. Rather than jumping straight into “fixing,” we’ll slow things down, begin to understand the landscape of your experiences, and start sketching a path forward together. You can expect curiosity without judgment, humor when it fits, and a collaborative approach that honors your pace and your story.
